Probation End Date Reminder
The current configurable Probation Reminder can monitor the employee's Probation end date field and notify selected recipients as the date approaches. Sense can also point the same workflow at another configured probation date field.

The workflow checks the configured reminder window.

Send reminder
When the date enters that window, Sense sends an email and To Do to the documented recipient.
