Priced in bands: up to 10, 25, 50, 100 or 200 users. The more users, the lower the rate per user.
Team stops at 200. Above that, Elite — not because it is cheaper, but because at that size most teams need to shape the system around how they work rather than fit around it.

These plans are configurable, which is what makes them powerful — and what means they need a proper start. Everything below is priced separately so you only pay for what you need.
Most HR platforms will not build you a custom process at all. We will, at a price you know before we begin. Read more about Sense HR for enterprise organisations.
Not sure whether you need Elite?
Elite starts at £300 a month because it covers up to 50 users. Smaller teams are welcome to buy it, and some do — but it is a configurable system, and configuring it properly takes someone inside your business to own it. Below around fifty people, most teams find it is more system than they can keep fed.
If you are smaller than that and want one specific thing — timesheets, an integration, recruitment — talk to us first. Sometimes Team plus a Sense Clock does the job better and costs a good deal less. Team is our essential HR software for small and mid-sized businesses.
