Not to start. Your trial runs on sample data, so all we need is your email. You only add a card when you're ready to load your own people, and even then nothing is taken until your 14 days are up. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Yes, as soon as you go live. Add your card on the Billing page and we'll clear the sample data, leaving you a clean site ready for your own team. Import them in bulk or add a few by hand. You still don't pay until your trial ends.
Because it's your employees' personal data, and we don't think it belongs in a trial system. Adding your card turns your trial into your live, secure site, and everything you add from then on is kept. We're ISO 27001 certified, so your data is protected from day one. Nothing is charged until day 14.
Yes, any time before your trial ends, from the Billing page. You won't be charged and we'll delete your data.
Not unless you want us to. Your phone number is optional. Leave it blank and the trial runs without us. Add it if you'd like a hand getting set up, and we'll be in touch.
We delete it within 30 days, including anything you've added after going live if you cancel before your first payment. Want it gone sooner? Just ask.
Not yet. Sense is built around UK employment rules: statutory sick pay, holiday entitlement and right to work. That's why we only sell to UK businesses.
