Probation Review Date Reminder
The current configurable Probation Reminder can monitor the employee's Probation review date field and notify selected recipients as the date approaches. Sense can also point the same workflow at another configured probation date field.

The workflow checks the configured reminder window.

When the date enters that window, Sense sends an email and To Do to the documented recipient.
